Red Wing Schools Appreciation Committee
We are a passionate group of Red Wing moms who came together in 2022 with one mission: to celebrate and appreciate the incredible educators and staff of Red Wing Public Schools. What began with four moms and one heartfelt celebration has grown into a full-fledged annual tradition supported by dedicated volunteers and an outpouring of love from our local community.

Red Wing Gives Wish List
Supporting Our Teachers All Year Long
While Teacher Appreciation Week is a special time to recognize the hard work of our educators, we know their dedication extends far beyond five days in May. Many Red Wing teachers and staff consistently go the extra mile, spending their own money on supplies, working after hours, and finding creative ways to enrich the learning experience for their students.
That’s why we’ve launched the Red Wing Gives Wish List, a year-round initiative aimed at lightening the load by connecting educators with the support of our generous community.

Some teachers have already created their own Amazon Wish List, please help fill items as you can!
| Teacher | Amazon Wish List |
| Demi Brunkhorst | Red Wing High School | Wish List 1 |
| Jen Subra | Burnside | Wish List 2 |

How It Works
Educators submit a wish list item or classroom experience they’d love support through THIS FORM, this could be anything from flexible seating to science kits to a class trip.
Our committee works to match these requests with local businesses, donors, and sponsors who want to help make a difference.
This year, we’ll begin by selecting a few wish lists to fulfill as we build a more structured program for future years.
Community members and businesses can email redwingteacherappreciation@gmail.com to fulfill a request.

“We’re just a group of moms who believe in the power of gratitude. Our hope is that every teacher and staff member in Red Wing feels seen, celebrated, and supported, not just for one week, but all year long. When we show up for our educators, we strengthen our whole community.”
